Our Vision
Our immediate ambition is to establish four colleges located within the DC Metro region as our first year Pilot locations for our Grants and Procurement training. Howard University, Morgan State, University of District of Columbia and Bowie State University have been selected as our pilot Institutions.

We will hand pick 10 students (5 males and 5 females) from each school who will participate in this comprehensive two year program. Starting in their junior year, students from various studies such as IT, Business, and Engineering will be trained to become future Grant Officers, Contracting Officers and Program Managers within the Federal Government Space.
TGPI will be hosting a kick-off event in September 2023.
